Dental care should not come with homework. Our front desk deals with your insurer so you can just deal with your day.
- Direct billing to most insurers. We submit claims electronically at your visit — you only pay the portion your plan does not cover.
- Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) accepted. Covered under the CDCP? Bring your details and we will confirm coverage before treatment begins.
- Estimates before treatment, always. For larger work we send a pre-determination to your insurer first, so you know your exact out-of-pocket cost.
- Flexible payment options. No insurance? Ask about spreading larger treatments over monthly payments.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept new patients?
Yes — new patients and families are always welcome, no referral needed. Most new-patient exams are booked within two weeks, and we will request your records from your previous clinic so you do not have to.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
In most cases, yes. We submit claims electronically to most major Canadian insurers at your appointment, so you only pay any remaining portion. Bring your insurance card to your first visit and we will handle the rest.
I'm nervous about the dentist. What are my options?
You are in good company — many of our patients came to us after years of avoiding care. We offer unhurried appointments, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oral sedation options, and a simple stop signal so you stay in control at all times. Tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes, we welcome patients covered under the CDCP. Bring your coverage details and our front desk will confirm what is covered before any treatment begins, so there are no surprises.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us first — we hold same-day emergency slots every weekday. For a knocked-out adult tooth, keep it moist (in milk or inside your cheek) and get to us within an hour if you can. If you have facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room.
